About the Presenters

Attorney and LawLytics CEO Dan Jaffe built thriving law practices in Seattle and Phoenix in the 1990s and 2000s. After getting burned by a law firm marketing company, Dan learned how the internet and search engines really work. He used this knowledge to effectively market his own law practices over the course of a decade.

LawLytics was founded as a response to Dan’s frustrations with the legal marketing industry – and it’s the dream legal marketing service and system he wished had been available to him. LawLytics was built with a simple vision: To empower attorneys to grow their practices without wasting time or money on marketing.

Kate Kauffman is a marketing and customer experience specialist who has helped small businesses grow their brands for more than a decade. In her current role at Ruby Receptionists, her focus is to help small business owners create real, meaningful connections with their current and potential customers to ensure positive experiences, word-of-mouth referrals and to rise above their competition.

Michael Chasin is the CEO and co-founder of Lexicata as well as one other legal tech company, LawKick. He was born and raised in Los Angeles but went to college in both Barcelona, Spain and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He returned back to Los Angeles to complete his JD & MBA Degrees from Loyola Marymount University.

Lexicata is the #1 law firm CRM and client intake solution. Lexicata helps thousands of law firms stay more organized, streamline their client intake, and be more profitable.
